Guests are picked up from their hotel in Salalah in a comfortable 4×4 vehicle, ideal for
navigating the off-road terrain to Ayn Khor.
 Arrive at the parking area near Ayn Khor
 Short briefing on trail conditions and what to expect. Guests are advised to wear sturdy
hiking shoes and bring mosquito repellent due to the lush environment.
 Begin the hike along a well-marked trail through Wadi Jardum, surrounded by lush
greenery and limestone formations.
 The trail is approximately 2 km round-trip, with options for shorter or longer routes based
on group preferences:
o Short Walk (30-45 minutes): A leisurely stroll to the main waterfall and turquoise
pool, ideal for families and casual hikers.
o Medium Hike (1-1.5 hours): Explores additional scenic viewpoints which offering
more opportunities for photography.
 Along the way, the guide shares insights about the local flora, fauna (including frankincense
trees), and the cultural significance of the Dhofar region.
 Arrive at the Ayn Khor Waterfall, a seasonal highlight during Khareef season, cascading
